T0 members who imagine that Singapore consists of a naval base, an air base and a garrison of soldiers, the following notes and photographs on the steel framework for the new Government offices, Johore Bahru, may be of interest as showing the progressive attitude of commercial fums in the Colonies. T.A. Clark
FEW of our members are actively interested in the subject of this paper and for that reason it is presented with some diffidence. However, it is the writer’s hope that in view of the importance of mining to this community and the numerous examples of these structures on every hand, the paper will prove of some interest to all.
