Presidential Address

MANY distinguished guests and members of the Institution were present at the meeting, held in the Institution’s lecture hall at 11, Upper Belgrave Street, London, S.W.1, on Thursday, October 7th, 1943, when Major A.H.S. Waters, V.C., D.S.O., M.C., M.Inst.C.E.,
M.I.Mech.E., M.I.Struct.E., delivered his Presidential Address.
