An Ordinary Meeting of the Institution of Structural Engineers was held at 11, Upper Belgrave Street, London, S.W.l, on Thursday, 13th December, 1945, the President (Mr. F.E. Drury, M.Sc.,M.I.Struct.E.) in the Chair.
