An Ordinary Meeting of the Institution of Structural Engineers was held at 11 Upper Belgrave Street, London, S.W.l, on Thursday, October 28th, 1948, the President, Mr. L. Scott White, M.I.C.E., M.I.Struct.E., in the Chair.

The buildings are an extension to an existing factory, and are used for fabricating structural steelwork, and platework. J.T. Phillips and F.J. Daniels
