Gold Medal Address: From East to West and back

I am greatly honoured to be awarded a Gold Medal by the Institution of Structural Engineers. Needless to say, I am overwhelmed. Though intended for an individual, I see this Medal more than a personal recognition. It is in this instance a fitting tribute to the Institution’s largest and most active overseas Branch, and an appreciation of the immense contributions made by its members towards building a better Hong Kong.
