Nick's address, "An Institution for Everyone", reviews his career and the challenges facing the Institution and structural engineering profession.

Recounting his unusual route into structural engineering, Nick mentions some of his personal interests, projects and challenges that he has dealt with in his career so far.

Nick then examines how Institution can ensure it remains relevant in today’s society and in particular how it can help those members that work in small practices.
