Tim Ibell FIStructE - President's Address 2015

Tim's address, "Creativity and Fun: Core Strengths", outlines the qualities he believes need emphasis in the recruiting and training of future structural engineers.

Tim Ibell believes that structural engineers should look to the creative and fun aspects which are inherent in the profession to drive the attraction and education of future structural engineers.

While structural safety and mathematics are as important as ever, he argues that structural engineers should place creativity and fun at the heart of their educational activities and public engagement.

Tim's address took place on 23 January 2015 at Institution headquarters.
