This guidance is provided for strcutural engineers undertaking detailed assessment of reinforced autoclaved aerated concrete (RAAC) roof panel construction.

Part 2 of the guidance is intended to be adopted by structural engineers who will be responsible for carrying out a detailed assessment of the RAAC roof panel construction.

Part 1 of the guidance is intended to be adopted by structural engineers and Chartered Surveyors who will be responsible for the initial identification and appraisal of RAAC roof panel construction.
