The Institution is pleased to announce a new exam for Associate-Members who are aiming to qualify as Chartered Members.
This new exam recognises that Associate-Members have already demonstrated many of the competencies required to qualify as a Chartered Member, and bridges the gap between the current Associate-Membership and Chartered Membership exams.
The exam is three and a half hours long and you will be required to answer one question from a choice of three. Once you have passed the exam and the full Chartered Membership PRI you will be eligible for Chartered Membership. Subject to meeting the academic requirements you will also qualify for CEng registration. Further details can be found
here.
The first exam will be held on Thursday 28 January and will cost £240.
Please get in touch with the
exams team to find out if you are eligible and to request an exam entry form.
