An Extraordinary General Meeting of the Institution was held online, on Thursday 6 May 2021.

The meeting was convened to seek approval of three separate Special Resolutions relating to amendments to the Institution's Bye-laws. At its peak, 208 members were in attendance and the majority of the votes were in favour of all three Special Resolutions that are subject to the approval of Her Majesty’s Most Honourable Privy Council.
