A brief overview of the various tools and techniques available for scripting within structural design.

The lecture looks at the use of Excel, Grasshopper, Dynamo and Digital Projects and uses real-world project examples to show how programs were utilised within the project workflows.

Speaker

Thomas Webster started his working life at AECOM where he developed a strength in the parametric modelling of structures, and was instrumental in developing these techniques within the practice.

Now with Webb Yates Engineers, Tom is one of two Associate Directors responsible for the delivery of projects across the company.
