IStructE’s Elevate mentoring programme is now over a year old. To celebrate this landmark anniversary, this webinar brings together an expert panel to discuss what it means to be a mentor or mentee, how to build connections with others for development and success; and how mentoring can empower people for the change they want to achieve.
It also explores how other sectors deliver mentoring, with an overview of a mentoring scheme, called alta, aimed at women in the aviation and aerospace industry.
