Our Professional Conduct Committee investigates allegations of professional misconduct against members.

The Committee is also responsible for reviewing the Institution's Code of Conduct, guidance notes and disciplinary procedures.

The Committee also investigates reports of criminal convictions and bankruptcies of Institution members and assesses cases of misrepresentation of membership.

  • Chair - A Past President
  • 14 other members
  • A legal advisor

 

Get involved:

As a member of the Professional Conduct Committee you will help maintain our members’ reputation for exceptional ethical standards. Volunteering also makes a valuable contribution to your Continuing Professional Development (CPD).

You will attend meetings five times a year. You will have full access to all related documents.

We invite expressions of interest in committee membership each September, contacting all Chartered Members.
