Dr. OSCAR FABER, commenting on his criticisms in the paper of concrete floors, said that they were by no means intended to be a general condemnation of concrete floors; they had reference only to the use of reinforced concrete for certain specific purposes. He disclaimed any intention to condemn concrete floors generally.
Mr. F. G. COALES, M.Inst.C.E., M.I.Struct.E., proposed a hearty vote of thanks to the authors for their paper and said he was privileged to have the honour of so doing.
