MY first duty is to thank the members electing me to the highest position in the Institution. These are difficult times for the for all organisations such as ours and it will be difficult for me to give the time necessary to carry out all the duties devolving upon me, but, as I told the members when I succeeded to the Chair, I shall do my best.
