IT is to be hoped that the article contributed by Messrs. Sutton and Kerrich in the May issue of the “Structural Engineer” will be warmly welcomed, not only by designing structural engineers, but by all who work with reinforced concrete.
COAL handling plants as required for the Canadian coal fields are much different from
the general system as adopted in England, and as I have recently come to Canada and have been associated with the design and detail of these particular plants, the contrast has probably been more apparent.
