St Mary's Cathedral, Perth

One Shelley Street, at King Street Wharf in Sydney, is a striking combination of beauty, function and sustainability. Featuring a magnificent external diagrid structure and internal atrium, the building has become a high quality visual landmark in Sydney's ommercial business district (CBD). The project includes 33 000m2 of commercial and retail space, overlying a previously constructed five-storey basement. The building comprises two blocks of mainly steel-framed construction, with the fully open atrium linked by stairs, bridges and cantilevered pod structures.
