A presentation exploring the link between wellbeing pressures and project success, with practical guidance to help leaders identify issues early and support healthier, more productive teams.

Engineers are trained to identify and manage risk, but how often do we consider the wellbeing risks affecting our own project teams?
This thought-provoking session explores the link between wellbeing and project success. Using practical examples from major UK infrastructure projects, Lloyd Edmonds will discuss how project pressures develop, how wellbeing issues can be recognised early, and what project leaders can do to create healthier, more productive teams.
Attendees will leave with practical ideas they can apply immediately to improve both team wellbeing and project performance.
