The Young researchers conference returned for its 25th year to bring together structural engineering practitioners, academics and PhD students in a showcase of outstanding research projects.

Seven young researchers presented their work to a panel of judges, comprised of both academics and practising engineers from the IStructE Research Panel. The winning posters from the Poster competition were announced. A Pecha Kucha style session saw two presentations on research and innovation.
The event was sponsored by IABSE.
